Microwave Caramel Corn

1 C. popcorn¼ C. corn syrup
1 C. brown sugar1 t. vanilla
½ C. Butter½ t. soda

Instructions

Pop the popcorn. Divide into 2 microwave bowls. In another large bowl mix brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, and vanilla. Bring to boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Add soda and pour half over each bowl of popcorn. Mix well. Microwave for 1 minute. Mix again and microwave 1 minute more. Mix and repeat one more
time.
